This hotel is in a great location, close to amenities and attractions. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to assist guests. The building is beautiful and filled with impressive artworks. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are well-designed. The hotel offers a luxury experience at a good price. The spa and pool facilities are also enjoyable. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the accessible amenities and the staff's understanding and assistance.
The only "con" I can think of is that you may feel free to seek any assistance, as the staff are willing to help and nothing is too much trouble.

Stayed at the Palacio for 3 nights of an eight night visit to Mallorca. Loved the whole ambience of the hotel. Its small, full of character and history .Location was great easily accessible to the rest of the city and loved coming back at the end of the day for free tea and cake!!!! Pool in the basement was also a relaxing treat and you could dry off on the roof top terrace after. We would definitely stay there again. Oh yes they even parked our rental car for us though there was a charge for parking but worth it in a city where parking is difficult.
Thought breakfast was overpriced and we usually ate breakfast out.

The hotel is located in a very old Mallorcan building that is appropriately furnished. We were booked free of charge to the luxury suite, which is huge. Of course it is a bit darker everywhere in the hotel, which is because the decor is a bit historical and dark and the windows are not huge. We were the only guests in the very small house (17 rooms!) And were treated like royalty. There is a library, a great terrace and a grandiose rooftop bar with the best view of the sea and the cathedral. The breakfast is probably excellent, since we were the only guests, the offer was reduced a little - but it was still outstanding. If you are looking for a beautiful, historic hotel and can not live with it, that not everything is very modern, you will be very satisfied here.
air conditioning a little problematic but absolutely bearable!

The staff - friendly, welcoming, helpful. Location - next to Cathedral, near cafes, restaurants, sea. Beautiful design and decor. Amazing breakfast in courtyard garden.
Can't think of anything.

The hotel was really impressive, with original art on the walls, a peaceful interior courtyard and lots of nice touches like tea and cake on an afternoon and sherry before dinner. The staff were all really helpful and were happy to iron a shirt for us because they didn't have an iron in the bedroom.
The room was nice with a big bed and things like tea making, which is always good. However, it wasn't very big which was a little disappointing. I knew that breakfast wasn't included in the price but again was a bit disappointed at the price of breakfast considering the price of the hotel (7 euros for a very basic breakfast, up to 25 euros for a full cooked breakfast).

Excellently located in a marvellous city. It was like staying in an exclusive mansion free to wander around inside. We enjoyed the great comfort offered, the free tea and biccies at four and the lovely roof-top lounge area to lie out and soakup the sun.. Staying at the Palcio was agreat opportunity to enjoy the magnificent sights of a great city - if hard on the legs. As the whole area is reasonably flat bicycling was great fun - consider hiring for the duration. Eating out was good, ( no hotel restaurant) but you have to work at it ,as there are so many poor places. For best try the square at La Lotja and the one or two decently priced restaurants up the street from there - very popular. For a treat, we enjoyed Ca'n Eduardos for fish, but it is twice the price.
The pool although attractive was very small, and we never really used it. The same applied to the gym, which was tiny and virtually unuseable, so forget that. Also the therapy offered was imported, I think, and far too expensive, so we did not use that either. The promotional material just edged at being misleading we thought. Continental breakfast was very nice but too dear @ E24.50 pp., but to relax you virtually have to have it. Forget hiring a car at the airport with limited hotel access in the old town and parking at E18 per day. Hire a car when you want it and/or bicycles in town at the first little shop you get to, walking down the front towards the marina. Car @ E35 per day all found, good value, no fuss.

This hotel is a luxurious gem in the heart of a historic city. I was blown away by the exclusive amenities, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The spa centre provided me with a body scrub and massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious food and drinks, with options for special diet menus. The private facilities provided an intimate and relaxing experience.
While the hotel was fantastic, the only minor issue I encountered was with the spa lounge. The waxing service left me with minor redness and sensitivity.

Staying in the heart of Old Town, on a charming narrow alleyway, is a dream come true. Right next to the Cathedral, Palacio Ca Sa Galesa is a beautiful building with an impressive decoration that makes you feel like royalty. The friendly staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The rooftop terrace, spa, and sauna are just some of the amazing facilities that the hotel has to offer. The breakfast is delicious, with individually crafted pancakes and plenty of options.
The mirrors in the bathroom could use some better lighting.

Impeccable service, magnificent building with stunning artwork, and convenient location right next to the iconic cathedral and in the center of this historic city. Cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel offered free bike hire and functional common areas where guests could make coffee and tea.
No specific person in charge and staff unable to fulfill some requests.

Wonderful breakfast, with excellent waitress. Location, Terraza (lovely to chill out and wonderful view of the Cathedral and the Bay of Palma). Helpful staff. Classical music on the Terrazza and spa
Despite rquesting a soft bed before arrival, we needed to get the mattress padded twice. Awkward bath, especially to step out of. Quite a dark room, but an extra strong light was provided when we mentioned the problem. Cold lounge to read in. We were promised heating, but no show. Had to request the steam room to be switched on an hour before, which one tends to forget.
